Until 31 August 2019, the Brussels Museum of the Mill and Food will showcase "Kids Menu. A great history of little eaters"
The birth of a child is an unbelievable miracle of nature. But after? As opposed to the innate behaviour in the animal world, humans have always questioned the best way to feed our children. Going through the universal process of breastfeeding, bottle feeding including the weaning (the introduction of solid food) counts as a unique adventure both for the parents and the child. Since the last century, the growing phenomenon of the « spoiled kid » in our society has deeply influenced our eating habits. Is it something desirable ? Be surprised by the great history of our little eaters !
