Mini-Europe, travel across an entire continent in just a few steps

At Mini-Europe, the journey begins from the very first metres. Here, the great wonders of the continent appear in miniature form in a park unique in Belgium where Europe can be explored on foot, with curious eyes and an open mind. Bonsai trees, flowering shrubs and carefully shaped miniature landscapes create a living setting for 370 monuments faithfully reproduced at a 1/25 scale, along a walk that is as entertaining as it is educational.

370 monuments, 29 countries, thousands of details

The feeling of travelling arrives instantly. Around 29 European countries are represented through monuments recreated down to the smallest details. The craftsmanship is remarkable: thousands of hours of meticulous work by model makers from across Europe have created this precise miniature world.

The first surprise comes quickly: some monuments are much larger than expected. The Eiffel Tower reaches nearly 13 metres in height, while Big Ben stretches over 14 metres in length. Visitors sometimes wonder whether it can still be called a miniature park, such is the sense of immersion. Then comes the pleasure of recognising a familiar silhouette in the distance—sometimes even before reading its name.

A lively, animated and interactive park

Mini-Europe is far from a static display. Throughout the park, thousands of tiny figures and moving scenes bring the monuments to life. Visitors can watch the Ariane rocket launch, trigger the eruption of Mount Vesuvius, and see trains, boats, planes and trucks moving through the miniature landscapes.

Visitors often become part of the experience: pressing a button, turning a wheel or speaking into a microphone can activate surprising animations. These playful interactions awaken the childlike sense of wonder and create shared laughter and smiles for visitors of all ages.

Miniature gardens through the seasons

The miniature gardens are an essential part of the experience. Carefully shaped hedges and dwarf trees gradually reveal the monuments, creating a natural rhythm throughout the visit. A wide variety of plant species adds a sensory dimension to the journey, while 6,000 seasonal flowers, planted twice a year, colour the park as the seasons change.

The light shifts, the perspectives evolve and every visit offers a slightly different view of this tiny Europe.

At the entrance, visitors receive a visitor guide booklet that accompanies them throughout the park. Written in 11 languages and spanning around sixty illustrated pages, it explains each monument, highlights European heritage and shares many fascinating anecdotes. It becomes a miniature travel guide that often continues the experience long after the visit.

History enthusiasts enjoy diving into its pages, while amateur photographers take their time waiting for the perfect light to capture the best angles. For organised groups, it is also possible to explore the park with a guide, who leads this unique journey in a tour lasting around two hours.

Tremble in fear on Halloween@Mini-Europe During the autumn holidays, Mini-Europe offers Halloween@Mini-Europe. For two weeks, this is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of Halloween and its classic, life-size decorations, witches and pumpkins. It is above all an opportunity to discover how the mini skeletons and mini zombies have turned the miniature world of Mini-Europe upside down. Spiders have invaded the Eiffel Tower and zombies (good mummy and her little girl) create a crazy and humorous amusement park. Of course, Mini-Europe would not be Mini-Europe if a cultural feature was not added by describing the fate of witches in the Middle Ages or the story of Frankenstein for example. From October 17 to November 8, Mini-Europe makes you tremble with fear – but also shiver with pleasure. For the occasion, the park takes on the colors of Halloween: hundreds of skeletons and monsters have turned the park upside down. It’s a party for skeletons and zombies in the Lunapark but also in and under the cemetery. What happened with the plane crash at the airport? And over there, is it the ghost train or the train of ghosts? There will be thousands of details to observe. Let’s also mention the revolt of the figurines against the model maker: in their turn to crush his arms, to drill him, to glue him and to paint him. True to its reputation, Mini-Europe makes it a point of honor to entertain its visitors with fun and humor, but also to highlight our European heritage. Would you like to know the origins of the Halloween tradition? Not afraid of the darkest witch stories of the Middle Ages? Then you are making the right choice by visiting Mini-Europe during the autumn holidays. Additional entertainment is planned for October 30 and 31 as well as November 1 From October 30 to November 1, our familiar 1/25 scale models will be visited by live actors and extras who will bring the park even more to life. For three days, visitors will benefit from additional entertainment. During your visit, you may come across a balloon-sculpting Bellboy looking for his haunted hotel, a pirate in search of adventure who will challenge you to a sword fight or the angel of death who will freeze your blood! A make-up stand will allow visitors to treat themselves to an even more marked horror look.
