Follow the meandering river that finds its way through a diversified landscape with medieval castles, nature park, impressive rocks, prehistoric caves ... and cross over the two waterfalls. Pure moments of laughter and pleasure!

Choose your tour:
- Houyet – Anseremme (21km): about 5 hours descent
- Gendron – Anseremme (12km): about 2,5 hours descent

Choose your kayak:
- single or double kayak, Classic* or Super comfy**
- Canadian Canoe (3 seater – max 2 adult and 1 child)
- Optional: light sport peddels

1 hermetic bucket per boat.
Life vest freely available and compulsory for children under 10 years.

(*) super light and self-draining, for a descent in all serenity.
(**) an exclusive model, 100% polyethylene, seat with ergonomic backrest, ... to try absolutely!

How to organize your day?
  • Always check the conditions of access to the river on the website of the attraction before your arrival.
The river is natural and wild, its level can change according to droughts or floods.
  • Bring your picnic (be eco-responsible !) or a little cash and enjoy a lunch at snack-bars installed along the course.
  • Make sure that each child under 12 years is accompanied by an adult, in a kayak of 2 or 3 persons.
  • Do not bring anything that could be damaged by water.
  • Take a change of clothes. After the descent, upon your arrival in Anseremme, you will find warm showers and free changing rooms. Cafeteria, terrace, restaurant and hotel are also at the edge of the water!
  • By car : motorway E411 exit 20 "Dinant", then N97 exit "Anseremme". Go to our ticketing near the Church of Anseremme.
    By train: get off the train at the station of your choice: Gendron-Celles for the 12 km descent or Houyet for the ride of 21 km.
